WiFi Calling Service
We know there may be times when it’s hard to get a mobile signal – whether you’re in a rural location or a basement flat, on the London Underground or inside an old building with thick walls.
Wi-Fi Calling lets you make calls anywhere you have Wi-Fi, even when there’s no mobile signal. Just use your phone as normal – the person you’re calling doesn’t even need to have Wi-Fi Calling.
There’s no additional charge for using the Wi-Fi Calling service. All calls you make with it will come out of your plan’s minutes allowance as usual.
Please be aware that you can only use the Wi-Fi calling service when in the UK.
To enable WiFi calling you must ensure that the handset has the latest software update. Otherwise, you will experience issues.
