Under the new GDPR guidelines, we have had to change the way we issue invoices and all your invoices are now being sent as a password-protected zip file rather than a PDF.
We would have asked the main contact at your organisation to set up a password on the account, to be used to discuss anything relating to the account. Please use this password to access your invoice.
If you do not know this password, please speak to the main contact on your account in the first instance. Otherwise, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be able to assist.
The password will remain the same for all your invoices moving forward, so if you save it somewhere, you won't need to ask us for it ever again.
